Terms and Condition


a. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
b. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at  with your order number.
c. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
d. Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.


a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. Taureaux will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
c. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

Taureaux reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

  • Product ordered is no longer available in stock
  • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity


a. Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
b. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Taureaux will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
c. Taureaux reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
d. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.


Only Special Case eligible for refund.

Wrongly Order Product (not applicable)

Wrongly Order Product or Accidentally Order Product reason will not be entertained. Customer is responsible to check their order summary before proceeding to make payment.


a. Orders received will be processed and shipped out on next day. The delivery will take place within 3 -5 working days. We also will take into consideration of products availability and will advise accordingly if any delayed in delivery time.
b. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
c. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.
